Meet Our Board

Andrea Siudara

Andrea Siudara has diverse global industry experience spanning more than 20 years across automotive high tech, services and software. She was most recently the Global Chief Information Officer and company officer at Altair Engineering. She has also held executive roles at Ford Motor Company, served as the CIO of the aftermarket division of Delphi Automotive, and is known for application of her outstanding functional, technical and business qualifications to drive digital transformation.

Andrea is a champion of diversity and active in her community. She serves on the board of Trustees at Detroit Country Day School and is on the Advisory Board for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology. She has been recognized as a Michigan Successful Woman under 40 and received the 2014 Diversity MBA 100 Award.

Carla Wheeler

Carla Wheeler’s career spans various industries with titles that have included Global CIO, CISO, Sr. Director of Technology and Director of Governance. Today, she heads Information Technology for Rally Health, where her focus is automating and integrating innovative technology solutions across multiple platforms.

Prior to her time at Rally Health, Carla spent many years in the private sector, working across the technology industry and start-up sectors and managing several transformation initiatives.  She has extensive experience in global rollouts of enterprise ERP, CRM, data management, governance, cybersecurity and mobility solutions.

Carla holds a BA in Economics and Business, MBA and MHRM, and recently completed a Cybersecurity program at Northwestern University. In addition, she also maintains a PMP, CGEIT and CISM certification and has received several technology awards.

Dr. Bill Conroy

Dr. Conroy has over thirty-five years of practical experience solving complicated business problems. Bill's early career included Military Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I); Government Acquisition; Transportation (multi-mode), and Logistics. Following his military service, Dr. Conroy joined Bank of America, where he leveraged his leadership and problem-solving skills to develop and implement technology solutions for the bank’s Global Markets, Investor Solutions, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, and Commercial Banking businesses.

Since retiring from Bank of America, Bill has provided consulting expertise to several regional banks across the nation, including one $2B regional bank where he served as CIO and CISO. Dr. Conroy is also a trusted advisor to c-suite executives in banking and other industries, assisting with both strategy and execution.

Mike Williams

Mike Williams is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles within the cyber security industry. He has extensive expertise in building global, high-growth sales organizations spanning both private and public sectors. His career is one steeped in strategic planning, out-of-the-box thinking and risk taking with a management style focused on teamwork.

Early in his career, Mike ran the sales efforts for the Americas at Cylance. He also ran North America for Forcepoint, in addition fulfilling sales roles for RSA, CipherTrust and McAfee. Today, he serves as Chief Revenue Officer at SecureAuth.

Naresh Ramamurti

Naresh Ramamurti is the founder and CEO of KöRa, a new technology portal for freight transportation. Prior to KöRa, Mr. Ramamurti spent 16 years with Infosys, where he was Vice President, Regional Head and Head of Sales for the organization’s $2.6B Retail, Consumer Goods and Logistics business in the Americas. During his time with the company, Naresh held a variety of other leadership roles, including helping to establish and strengthen the company's operations in China and in Australia.

Today, Naresh is responsible for all aspects of KöRa’s strategic direction and operations. Naresh has been an active member of the IEEE since 2002, and has completed the Global Leadership Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Sekhar Makkapat

Sekhar Makkapati is an entrepreneurial product and engineering leader with more than 25 years of experience in the software industry. He serves as a strategic advisor to SaaS startups, helping launch products at scale from idea to market, and offering guidance through all technology decisions, processes, and talent acquisition.

Mr. Makkapati currently serves as CTO at a product-led startup that helps small businesses in niche markets better manage their operations, grow revenue, ultimately delivering great experience and value to their customers. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication from MVSR College, India.

Steve Holmes

As an attorney, Steve Holmes represents entrepreneurial clients from inception through the lifecycle of a business enterprise, providing corporate advice to companies on multiple topics. He guides his clients through various stages, helping address the intricacies of federal and state securities laws, serving as a representative in the acquisition of assets or other entities, preparing and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements and more.

Mr. Holmes represents clients across several industries, including software, oil and gas, real estate, mortgage, and title businesses. Steve has also been an owner and assisted in operations for companies in these sectors. He brings with him a unique, hands-on perspective regarding the corporate and legal issues facing today’s business owners.

Tom Garrett

Tom Garrett is a dynamic senior financial executive and executive coach. His extensive experience includes roles as CFO and treasurer, and spans a variety of industries including media, retail, mining, health care services, manufacturing, business process outsourcing, and financial services in companies sized from middle-market to Fortune 100.

Mr. Garrett has more than 25 years of experience with corporate boards and audit committees. In addition to being an Advisory Board member of EPSoft Technologies, Mr. Garrett is also currently a board member of inbanx, Celebration Church, and 4Kids of Central Texas.

Keith Sherry

Keith Sherry is an experienced business development executive and serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of international business experience. After a successful early tenure in corporate roles, Mr. Sherry spent much of his career managing large teams across the globe, before ultimately leveraging his business acumen to help foster new growth for technology startups.

Today, Mr. Sherry applies his extensive expertise in retail, logistics and business strategy in a variety of capacities across newly established technology and SaaS organizations. In these entrepreneurial roles, Keith leans on his deep experience in business strategy to oversee product development, sales, marketing and more in order to facilitate transformational growth and profitability.

Steven Inman

Steven Inman's career spans more than 20 years in strategic technology roles across various industries. Since 2012, Steven has led business technology for the Chicago Cubs where he oversees software development, business intelligence, data warehousing and all other aspects of technology operations for Wrigley Field, Sloan Park and the organization’s training facility in the Dominican Republic. 

Prior to the Cubs, Steven worked in consulting and healthcare verticals and spent several years building a DevOps organization for Bank of America dedicated to process improvement. Throughout his career, Steven has focused on improving processes with technology and automation, meeting business goals with small, nimble teams that rarely exceeded 15 people.

Steven is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Management Information Systems. He also earned an Executive Scholars Degree from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
