What kind of security does EPSoft use?

EZFlow production infrastructure is not only segregated from our general-purpose network, but it is also segregated into multiple secured networks in our production zone. Access to our production backend network zones requires authentication through a specific jump point that is exclusively available during the unlikely occurrence of incident windows. All code deployment is automated via our CICD pipeline.

EZFlow encryption is targeted for where it matters most, ensuring peak performance and secure handling of endpoint configuration and credentials. Any credentials provided to RPA digital workers (“bots”) are stored in our Secure Vault, which provides encryption at rest. Secure Vault is secured via KMS and multikey management to ensure appropriate key management and segregation of duties.

EZFlow traffic in motion is secured via TLS1.2 encryption standards. Keys are rotated frequently and stored securely in our Secure Vault.
